Messy featured in Mix Mags’ – ‘Keep Your Eye On’ (July 2012)

MC MESSY

Go-to MC on fast track to solo stardom.

After 15 years in the game, years that have seen him move from pirate radio to being the MC of choice for the likes of Pendulum and Sub Focus, it looks like MC Messy is set to join the select few MCs who break through to the big league. Currently fronting DJ Fresh’s live incarnation, FreshLive, with a summer packed out with festival duties, a move towards solo success is in the pipeline for later in the year. And with a flow as simultaneously smooth and hard-edged as his, don’t bet against him.

RANDOM MOVEMENT – [Innerground :: Good Looking Records :: Integral :: Creative Source]

We welcome to G.R.A.M a personal favourite of both co owners of the company in the name of Mike ‘Random Movement’. An artist that over the years has been responsible for some of the biggest summer hits even when the sun has been hiding!

With a who’s who of labels to release on under his belt Mike has been in the game for quite some time now, but still has so much to offer, a master behind the controls of both the production centre and the decks, we welcome him to G.R.A.M and are exited to say that in the month of October this year Random Movement will be hitting the shores of Europe and the UK, so promoters waste any time and get in touch! New Addition: VICIOUS CIRCLE

Published by GRAM on December 1st, 2011 - in News

GRAM are very pleased to welcome London based Drum & Bass duo Vicious Circle to the 2011/2012 roster. Some refer to a Vicious Circle as “A complex of events that reinforces itself through a feedback loop toward greater instability”, what we know is the VC have made some of the toughest Drum & Bass the industry has ever seen. Their history spans over a seven year period and during that time we have seen releases on Renegade Hardware, Critical and Quarantine. Most recently VC consists of Simon and Andrew and they are turning a page over and wiping the slate clean bringing a new sound to the table. This is most apparent in the recent Quarantine release ‘Euphoric’ b/w ‘Skylark’ where we see a less techy sound . Though the sound has changed slightly, VC certainly haven’t lost their ability to deliver a track which tears a dance in half! The guys are sitting on a body of work which will start to filter out in the next few months so keep your eyes peeled!
